I love the winter season. It's snowy, there's hot chocolate, and candy canes are always great. President's Cabinet celebrated the holiday season by making snow flakes and decorating a tree for USU's Holiday Lanes (in the TSC, December 5-9, check it out!). All the trees are donated to families in the valley.

I really like Christmas music, and this year I've really enjoyed Josh Groban. I've listened to this song at least twice a day since the day before Thanksgiving (I broke the Thanksgiving rule!).
Call me the a scrooge, but I think my least favorite part of the entire season is Christmas Day. Don't get me wrong, it's a lot of fun, but I feel like the culmination of the entire season of giving shouldn't be two hours of shredding paper and playing on the new XBox. Although my family stressed a lot about the getting the perfect present and my mom always make sure each kid got the same number of gifts, I am happy we are moving towards a simpler holiday. In the last few years, I have really enjoyed spending mroe time just hanging out with my family. My sister and I take friends caving or hiking or even just time spent hanging out.
